FAQ About the Program

How much credit will I get?

CAC uses a two-tier program.

The Primary affiliate is the one who actually sent us the customer. A secondary is someone who helped recruit the primary affiliate. This works the same way as getting credit for a purchase, the person MUST get here by one of your affiliate links.

Primaries will receive 10% of all purchases completed by people they have sent.

Secondaries will receive 5% of the same purchase

How long after my link is clicked dose the person have to buy something?

Cookies are currently set to stay for 5 days. As long as cookies aren't blocked or cleared and the customer uses the same browser then if they make a purchase within 5 days you get credit for it.

Can I have cash?

No. You can only receive store credit.

Can I use my credit towards shipping?

No. Credit dose not cover shipping charges! However such as with all purchases if you live in the DFW, Tx area you are welcome to meet me somewhere or show up at a craft show for your purchases in person.

What can I use my credit on?

You can use your balance as a discount off purchases or to pay fully and get items for free. You must spend the total amount of each coupon code at once. The reason for this is so that the shopping cart will still charge you shipping which is not covered by your credit.

I will combine multiple months into one code for you but I wont separate one month into multiple codes. If you only want to use part of your credit to buy something I can alter the amount to lower but you will loose any credit I take away.

Can I use my credit on custom orders?

Absolutely! Because I treat custom orders as any other purchase I have no problem with you using for credit to go to one.

When can I use my credit?

You will be given a coupon code for your total amount at the end of each month. It will be sent to the email address you signed up with. If you use a spam filter be sure to add emily@webpixies.com to your address book so you don't miss them. You can contact me to combine multiple month's totals together for you to use. Credits will expire after 6 months.

I've lost my ID and/or Password. Can you send it to me?

Yes. I can send you your id and/or password however I will only send it to the email address you signed up with. Make sure you update your email address on your account if you ever switch it.
